Looking for a Functional BA Local candidates from Columbus, Ohio are preferred.

Act as a liaison between business users, internal project teams and third-party vendors; work independently and as part of the team, managing time and resources to meet assigned deadlines.

Define/review business requirements to capture business needs and guide new change initiatives.

• Demonstrate knowledge of formal requirements gathering methodologies, such as facilitated workshops and small group user sessions.
• Coordinate, document testing progress and issue tracking; perform validation of solutions which align requirements specifications with desired product deliverables. Participate in testing as needed.
• Be proficient in using tools and creating artifacts for process/workflows, wireframes, screen mock-ups, gap analysis, etc.
• Demonstrate strong communication with excellent oral and written skills, strong meeting leadership and work session facilitation skills; collaborate with supporting resources across business and/or functional lines.

Must have

• 5 years of strong experience in business and systems analysis.
• Ability to capture business an functional requirements.
• Experience working in a public sector environment, preferably State agencies.
• Must have experience in at least one of the following functional areas: Medicaid, Medicare, Benefits, Health Insurance.
• Strong experience working in a HIPAA compliance environment.
• Work in a cross vendor environment.
• 3 year of experience creating prototypes and wireframes.
• Experience working with 3rd party vendor application implementations.
• Strong experience with integrations and system interoperability.
• Experience with analysis data management requirements.
• Experience in documenting As-Is and To-Be process flows.
• Strong understanding of systems design.
• Strong experience working in AGILE environments

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $50.00 - $60.00 per hour
